There’s nothing I love more than a mountain sunrise. And although this was a particularly chilly mountain sunrise, Matt and Ginny were happy to hike with me and their pups.
We hiked up a somewhat steep hill to a gorgeous overlook in DuPont Forest. During the climb, I learned about how they met and what their relationship looks like now. Neither of them are from Brevard, but they blend with the mountain culture effortlessly.
When they first met, Ginny was vegan. Matt invited her over for dinner and cooked a vegan meal for her. Oh, the sacrifices we make for the ones we admire.
I enjoy mountain sessions because I get to spend time with couples, learning their story and observing their time together. I give them space to be who they are, snuggling close to each other, gazing out at the world around them.
